Industrial Solution Heat Treating Furnace
Solution Heat Treating Process
During solution heat treatment an alloy is heated and held to a specified temperature for a period of time allowing a desired constituent to enter solid solution. After heating the alloy is rapidly cooled, putting the material into an unstable state and preventing the constituent from precipitating. After solution heat treating in an industrial furnace or oven the material is then treated in an aging furnace or oven.
HOMO® Tempering Pit Furnace
