HOMO® Tempering Pit Furnace
The Lindberg HOMO® tempering pit furnace is an electrically heated pit
style furnace capable of temperatures up to 1400°F. The furnace is
top loading with a gasket-sealed work chamber. Heavy-gauge alloy spiral
heaters completely surround the work load providing high heat transfer
efficiency. A choice of propeller- or turbine-type fan provides rapid
and even air flow. This clean reliable system can be installed on the
production line, heat treat room, or tool room. Furnace controls are
provided in a separate control enclosure—shipped as a unit, ready
for connection and can be installed near the furnace or a remote location.
