The Vacuum Filter Assembly is an element-type
filtration unit that captures harmful oxides before they reach the
main process vacuum pumping system.
Filtration Element
- Single pleated element that is disposable
- Filtration media is a fiber glass mesh which
captures particles with nominal sizes of 1- micron or larger
- Element has been sized based on performance
and oxide sample particle distribution testing
Filtration Housing
- Stainless steel construction with a flat
flange cover
- Manually operated davit for lifting and rotating
the cover
- 4" inlet and outlet with ISO flanges.
