1500°C Multi-Purpose Box Furnaces

Blue M 1500°C multi-purpose box furnaces are designed for use where close temperature uniformity, rapid response rate, dense load capability, and process repeatability are essential. These furnaces are available with side swing or vertical lift doors. The 1500°C box furnace is supplied with a Type iyRll thermocouple.

Optimum temperature uniformity is achieved using silicon carbide, heating elements. They are positioned on both sides of the heating chamber. The heating chamber is constructed of high-temperature graded insulation, providing excellent thermal efficiency. A fitted hearthplate is standard equipment.

Microprocessor-based, digital, PID-type temperature controllers are integral to the furnace. Various programmable options are available.
